## What is free
- The cohort: a curated vetted cohort, a design-partner micro-cohort, a catalog migration or staggered waves, ranked by partner supply, the review gate, the date and the effort ceiling, with the moves shown.
- The claims: every drafted launch claim marked backed or not - a vetting claim with no live gate, a count above the vetted roster, or a migrated catalog sold as curated fails.
- The reveal and the program: one canonical embargo date, time and timezone with kits and pre-approved quotes; featuring (badges, editorial rotation, paid catalog) and rationing (tier ladder, invitation cohorts, priced catalog) ranked; paid placement labelled; a published allocation rule; demand gen for every partner. Plus an embargo notice, a roster CSV, the checks (.csv) and everything (.json).

## The metered lanes
Two tasks on gpt-terra, metered per run, routed by `task`. Input string fields: `task` (launch or program), `operator`, `roster`, `carry` (program only: the launch decisions) and `facts`.
- `launch` replies with `summary`, `cohort`, `claims`, `reveal`, `kit`, `kpis` and `caveats`.
- `program` replies with `summary`, `featuring`, `placement`, `demand_gen`, `rationing`, `figures`, `starved`, `kpis` and `caveats`.
The page holds every reply to its own facts: the ranked cohort, every unbacked claim rewritten, a canonical embargo on the flagship anchor, timed social posts and a full kit; the ranked featuring rung with published rules, labelled paid placement, the ranked rationing rule and where it is published, labelled figures and featuring lift baselined against a prior fortnight.
